Your first agreed AI employee workflow, custom AI 2nd Brain and custom business dashboard are included in S$6,000. The dashboard consolidates priorities, client and task status, next actions and relevant business knowledge from agreed sources. An Evolution API instance connects authorised WhatsApp conversations and documents to your ongoing business context. I build the setup, test it and provide practical handover. Further workflows and external software, API and hosting costs are separate.

Your custom AI 2nd Brain supplies the agreed business context, reviewed decisions and workflow progress. We agree the dashboard views, source systems, access and refresh method before work or payment. It shows when information was last updated and what still needs review. Your Evolution API instance can scan the authorised WhatsApp conversations and retrieve documents at the agreed frequency, keeping daily context available to the AI 2nd Brain. Other updates may be automatic, scheduled or entered by you, according to the agreed connections.

The aim is to stop recurring preparation consuming the time you could spend on sales conversations and existing clients. Your AI employees organise agreed inputs, prepare drafts or bring the next actions together. You still lead relationships and decisions; we measure time saved on the workflow, not a guaranteed increase in sales.

You hire me to build it for you. Show me the task, your examples and what good work looks like; provide the agreed access. I handle the setup, we test it together, and I show you how to use and review it. You do not need to become an AI developer.

Before any work begins or payment is made, we assess and agree the scope in writing. For an accepted workflow, we agree on 50% less admin time, the baseline, output quality, measurement method and delivery deadline. If the agreed result is not delivered by that deadline, I refund all Apply AI setup fees paid for that engagement, with no remaining setup balance due. External software, API and hosting charges are separate.

Before any work begins or payment is made, we agree the baseline, comparable work, output quality and measurement method in writing. We include your checking and correction time in the comparison. The 50% commitment applies to the accepted workflow; it is not a promise of higher revenue or replacement of an entire human job.

We build in review points and a manual fallback. Missing information is flagged, important outputs come to you for judgement, and reviewed corrections can be saved into the method. AI employees work within authorised access; they do not independently take over client messaging or consequential decisions.
